Position Overview:

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Executives. As a Call Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing assistance, information, and support regarding our services and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.
  • Schedule appointments, confirmations, and cancellations in the hospital’s system.
  • Provide information about hospital services, physicians, and medical procedures.
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations in handling patient information.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic and patient-oriented approach to customer service.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
