You may be eligible for a refund in these situations:
- Services Not Used: If you booked a test or service that has not been completed within seven days, you are welcome to request a refund within the following three days.
- Errors on Our Side: If there’s a technical issue or an error caused by us, we’ll either arrange a retest or offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
- Billing Mistakes or Overpayments: We’ll promptly sort out any overpayments or billing errors and refund you the amount you’re owed.
- Changing Your Mind? Our Cancellation Policy
We get it—plans change!
- Timing Matters: Please let us know within 48 hours of booking if you need to cancel a scheduled service.
- Small Fee: There might be a small cancellation fee (about 10%) to cover our admin costs.
- Packages Have Deadlines: Some health packages are valid for a limited time (like 7 days from invoice). After that, unused services can’t be refunded.
- What Can’t Be Refunded
Some services aren’t eligible for refunds, such as:
- Tests or treatments that have already been completed and results delivered.
- Services performed by other parties (like external labs or pharmacies) unless specifically stated.
- Services older than 12 months (unless the law says otherwise).

- Your name
- Invoice or receipt number
- The service in question
- Why you’re requesting a refund
- Our billing team will review your request and keep you updated every step of the way.
- When to Expect Your Refund
Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method unless we agree on something else with you.
